Senior conveyancer joins Ogier's Jersey property team

Experienced property professional Jonathan Dauny has joined Ogier's Property Law team as a senior conveyancer.

Mr Dauny has almost 17 years' experience in the local property sector, working with residential transactions and developers on high-profile construction projects.

In November, Ogier's Property Law team was ranked in the top tier by Chambers UK.

Ogier's Head of Local Legal Services, Jonathan Hughes, said: "Our property law team already has a reputation for technical excellence, and Jonathan's experience in the property industry will add to that.

 "We have had a busy start to the year, and this growth in the team is a clear statement of our confidence in the sector, which is borne out by last month's figures showing transaction volume at a ten-year high, and recording that transactions involving properties worth more than £2 million almost doubled last year."
