Walkers Jersey expands its investment funds group

International law firm Walkers has appointed Sophie Reguengo to its Jersey investment funds group as a senior associate.

Ms Reguengo is an investment funds specialist and regulatory lawyer and advises in relation to all aspects of investment funds, including: fund formation, down-stream acquisitions, related financing, investment structures as well as Jersey fund and investment manager regulation.

Her practice is largely split between private equity and real estate funds and she joins Walkers from Mourant Ozannes, where she trained and was a member of the investment funds group for over 10 years.
