Giovanni Angelo Pollano, Solicitor of the Royal Court of Jersey, and Georgina Ann Cook, Advocate of the Royal Court of Jersey, Attorneys appointed by Act of the Royal Court dated 7 April 2017 to conduct a Discumberment on the hereditaments of Tygres Investments Limited, following the adjudication of the renunciation of its real and personal property pronounced by the Royal Court as appears by the said Act dated 7 April hereby give notice to all persons concerned in the property of the said Tygres Investments Limited that a Discumberment will be conducted on the following property forming a single corpus fundus namely;
The said property such as it is with all such rights appurtenances and dependencies as may belong thereto situate in the Parish of St Helier, Vingtaine du Haut de la Ville, and to which the said Tygres Investments Limited has a right by hereditary purchase by contract dated 9 July 1999 from Joseph Livio Angela and Micheline Danielle Angela née Dareau, his wife.
And the said Attorneys further give notice to all persons interested in the said Discumberment to appear in the A W Fauvel Summons Room, Royal Court House, St Helier, Jersey before the Deputy Judicial Greffier of the Royal Court on Wednesday 17 May 2017 at 2.30pm in order to accept in their order the tenancy of the said property in Discumberment or renounce their respective contracts and hypothecs.
The simple contract creditors of the said Tygres Investments Limited are at liberty to insert their unpaid claims in the said Discumberment. For that purpose they should at least eight days before the said 17 May 2017 deliver to the Deputy Judicial Greffier an account or memorandum of their several claims with vouchers, if any.
The cost of these insertions shall be borne by those making them.
This notice relates only to Tygres Investments Limited and the property described above and not to any trading operation carried out from the said property by any third party.
