With immediate effect an amnesty on all tenders is to be put in place in St Helier Old Harbour.
Owners and users with tenders on pontoons and in the racks provided are to ensure:
On Sunday 2 April 2017 any offending, unclaimed or unmarked dinghies and tenders will be removed and disposed of at the discretion of Ports of Jersey.
