Pursuant to an Act of the Royal Court dated 20 January 2017, whereby it is ordered that an election be held for one Centenier in the Parish of St Martin at the Public Hall of St Martin on Wednesday 8 March 2017 between the hours of 12pm and 8pm.
Pursuant also to Article 22 (2) (b) of the Public Elections (Jersey) Law 2002 the list of candidates which have been duly proposed and seconded are as follows:

An elector who is likely to be out of the Island on 8 March 2017 during the hours of polling (between 12 noon and 8pm) or an elector registered under Article 9 and who has applied for a postal vote to the Postal & Pre-Poll Voting Officer, Judicial Greffe, St Helier (closing date is noon on Wednesday 1 March 2017) must return the sealed envelope containing the completed ballot paper to the Judicial Greffe no later than noon on Wednesday 8 March 2017 in order for the vote to be included in the count.
An elector who wishes to cast his or her vote before polling day may do so at the Judicial Greffe, Royal Court House, Royal Square, St Helier, JE1 1JG on weekdays (Monday to Friday only) from Monday 27 February 2017 to Friday 3 March 2017 from 9am to 1pm and 2pm to 4pm and Monday 6 March 2017 from 9am to 2pm.

An elector who is unable to attend the Pre-Poll Voting Station to register their vote due to illness or disability may request an officer of the Judicial Greffe to visit them at home to enable the elector to cast their vote.

Electors who, on the day, are confined to their homes owing to illness or disability and who wish to have their votes recorded by the Autorisé or Adjoint are requested to notify the Public Hall by noon, if possible, on Wednesday 8 March 2017.
