This is an outstanding opportunity for a business analyst to become an integral part of Modernisation and Digital within the Government of Jersey. You will be working closely with project teams reporting on BA Milestones within project plans to ensure that scope is managed and timelines are met. The Analytic community within the Government of Jersey goes further than just Modernisation and Digital, within this role you will have the opportunity to work closely with the BA community, sharing best practice, mentoring colleagues and developing personally.
Responsible for driving business process improvement by reviewing, analysing and evaluating business processes and associated systems, as the Senior Business Analyst you will manage requirements and user needs, prioritise developments, enabling enhancements and process improvements to be delivered across the organisation. You will be part of the team leading on the collaboration between technical and business resource to clearly articulate the need for change.
You will need a deep knowledge of Business Analysis frameworks and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall, you’ll be detail-oriented, analytical and inquisitive. Microsoft Access and/or SQL or other relational database experience will be hugely helpful in making you successful in this role.
