Ms Watson Bunn joined the offshore law firm in 2015 as an Associate and was promoted to Senior Associate two years later, where she has been working alongside the team’s partners, Bryon Rees, Craig Cordle and Tim Clipstone.
She has extensive expertise covering corporate, commercial, regulatory and investment fund matters and was named a key lawyer in Legal 500 UK 2021, which praised her “solid legal knowledge.”
Ms Watson Bunn also advises clients in relation to Guernsey’s economic substance requirements, data protection matters and the Bailiwick’s anti-money laundering and countering the financing of terrorism regimes.
