Ms Keppe has previously practiced in London and New York, and joins the team in Jersey led by Ogier’s European Head of Banking and Finance Katrina Edge.
The firm says that her 12 years of experience with her previous firms encompasses advice to a wide range of clients including corporations, private equity sponsors and financial institutions in connection with multiple forms of debt such as fund financings, real estate financings, re-structurings and complex leveraged financings.
