The trust, corporate, real estate and fund administration service provider launched its referral scheme in August 2015. It offers financial rewards to current employees for successfully referring a new recruit to the business.
Since the scheme was launched, the number of referrals has grown from 5% to 33% with a total of 113 referrals.
