Accounting and consulting firm Grant Thornton Channel Islands has promoted nine people across its Jersey and Guernsey offices.
Thomas Angus has been promoted to Senior Manager in the Recovery & Reorganisation team.
He is a Chartered Accountant and Certified Fraud Examiner and, since joining Grant Thornton, he has worked on a range of solvent and insolvent liquidations and forensic and asset tracing investigations across various jurisdictions.
Last year, Mr Angus received the STEP Excellence Award for achieving the highest global mark in the Company Law and Practice paper. He currently serves as Branch Treasurer of STEP Jersey.
Grant Thornton Channel Islands has announced further promotions in its Audit, Tax, Recovery & Reorganisation and Business Risk Services teams.
In Jersey, Paul Neal was promoted to Business Risk Services Assistant Manager, Niall Parkinson to Recovery & Reorganisation Senior Associate, and Atharva Menghal to Tax Senior Associate.
In Guernsey, Sharrel Mendes was promoted to Tax Manager, Dan Hook to Tax Assistant Manager, Wendy Rading to Recovery & Reorganisation Senior, Tom Stables to Recovery & Reorganisation Senior Associate, and Timothy Omotayo to Audit Senior Associate.
