In his new position, Mr Husbands will be focused on expanding Intertrust’s client base among the world’s wealthiest families and high net worth individuals.
He will also help build on the team’s strengths and expand Intertrust’s existing global private wealth capability with a particular focus in the Middle East, working closely with the teams in Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
His role is in addition to his existing responsibilities as a member of Intertrust’s board in Jersey and director of treasury and investment services.

Mr Husbands is also treasurer of the Chartered Institute of Securities and Investments Jersey branch, vice president of the Channel Island Treasurers Association and a judge on the Private Asset Manager Awards.
