Le Masurier as funder, in partnership with developers Coltham Developments, recently completed the purpose built property which is between Junctions 15 and 16 off the M1 motorway.
Fully supported by the local authority, Northampton Borough Council, the new property forms part of a wider strategy of new development within the Northampton Enterprise Zone, stimulating employment and economic growth.
