Change management, project management and business analysis consultancy, Marbral Advisory, has been awarded the Jersey Living Wage accreditation.

The firm is the latest to join the Jersey Living Wage Campaign led by Caritas Jersey, who has been licensed by the Living Wage Foundation in the UK.

The Living Wage takes into account the cost of living, taxes and the value of benefits available to working people on low incomes. It aims to support Islanders so they can “live with dignity and thrive”.

The Jersey Living Wage rate for 2025 is £14.13 per hour.

Marbral Advisory’s CEO, Leonie McCrann, said: “This recognition underscores our commitment to valuing our people internally and also those in our wider supply chain.

“Paying the Living Wage is not just about meeting a standard — it aligns with our core values of inclusivity, integrity and excellence. By supporting the Living Wage, we aim to set a positive example across all of our jurisdictions and beyond, demonstrating that businesses can thrive while prioritising the wellbeing of people.”

Patrick Lynch, CEO of Caritas, said he was “very happy” to accredit Marbral Advisory as a Jersey Living Wage employer.

“As we begin 2025, many workers are experiencing large increases in their utility bills along with rent increases so a living wage is incredibly important for so many to ensure they don’t fall into poverty.

“We value the support of Marbral Advisory for the Jersey Living Wage Campaign and encourage others to follow their example and become Jersey Living Wage employers.”
