Among the most senior staff to be promoted was Sarah Kittleson, who has been promoted to Group Director within Risk and Compliance in Jersey.
Meanwhile, Angus Brook (Information Systems), Lesley Bassford (Finance), Lewis Williams (Employer Solutions), and Paul Fosse (Commercial Office) have all been promoted to Senior Director in Jersey.
Promotions were made across 17 jurisdictional teams, with the most being in Jersey.
42 were in South Africa, 17 in the US, 12 in Guernsey, 11 in London, 11 in Mauritius, 10 in Edinburgh, eight in Luxembourg, four in Amsterdam, and two each in the Isle of Man, Switzerland, Dubai, and Ireland.
The promotions were across all levels of seniority from Administrator to Divisional Head and are awarded considering excellent individual performance, commitment to structured professional development and an overall contribution to JTC’s ongoing growth.
