The new trends have led the recruiters to stay informed on the changes that are taking place as the surge in demand is apparently showing “no sign of slowing down anytime soon.”
Technology has topped just about every list as the fastest growing occupation, with LinkedIn research showing that AI skills were among the fastest growing between 2015 and 2017. This demonstrates a shift in corporate interests as the need for highly technical skills reflects our increasingly digital world, Optimus Recruitment said.
