Three new lawyers have joined corporate law firm Walkers, taking the number of new hires in the company’s Jersey office to 13 in the past year.
Senior associates Bradley Gibb and Timur Ochkhaev, and associate Victoria Barclay have recently joined the firm.
Mr Gibb will join Walkers’ Insolvency & Dispute Resolution department. He has more than six years’ experience at another offshore law firm, including contentious and non-contentious insolvency and trust matters.
Mr Ochkhaev advises on a wide range of corporate law matters focusing on cross border M&A, private equity, equity capital markets and company reorganisations and restructurings. He will join the firm’s Investment Funds & Corporate department.
Ms Barclay joins Walkers’ Insolvency & Dispute Resolution department from an international law firm, where she trained and practised for over five years.
She advises on general civil and commercial litigation, trust disputes and both contentious and non-contentious insolvency and restructuring matters.
