Steve Walker, Head Chef at Restaurant Sirocco, will be hosting you in his kitchen. Similar to the hit TV show Master Chef, eight amateur chefs will have the opportunity to be taught how to create a selection of dishes from the restaurants menu by Steve in the professional kitchen during the day.
This will be followed in the evening by a full restaurant service, run by the participants for their invited guests, whether this be friends, family, colleagues or clients. We ask that each chef invite eight to ten guests. All profits are going to Jersey Cheshire Homes .
This is not a competition, rather an experience to learn skills and tricks of the trade by an award-winning chef and to work, as well as serve in a 3 AA Rosette restaurant. Steve will choose his ‘top’ student from each event and award them with a private dining voucher for the exclusive Wine Cellar.
