The Autumn Fair will be an exciting weekend full of fantastic fun for the family in the heart of rural Jersey. £4 for adults, £2 for senior citizens and free for children and members. The Fair will feature a Fruit, Flower & Vegetable Show - over 500 classes of amazing produce, flowers and cakes to see. The Weigh-In for the Heaviest & Longest Produce will be at 11am on Saturday 5 October. The Children's prizes will be kindly presented by His Excellency & Lady Dalton at 4pm on Sunday 6 October followed by the famous cake auction in aid of CLIC Sargent (Jersey) for Children with Cancer. A Cattle Show starting at 11am both days - In Milk classes on Saturday and Youngstock classes on Sunday - come and see the stunningly turned our cattle. Cultivate Young Minds will be having an outside area with lots of educational fun for families. A Poultry Show including poultry, pigeons, caged birds and small animals. Rural Magazine What's for Dinner are holding a mini-conference in the Members Room with speakers both days on issues relating to farming, food and the protection of Jersey's natural environment. Ajax the Shire Horse will be on display outside Saturday afternoon and on Sunday afternoon outside Agility For Jersey will be putting on an exciting display with their dogs. Refreshments available all weekend plus lots of exhibitions and local trade stands.
