Alex Picot Trust recognises long-serving staff

Alex Picot Trust is celebrating its staff’s commitment, with members who have accumulated almost three centuries of experience altogether.

The staff members whose long service the independent trust company has recognised over the last 12 months includes:

  • Current directors, Andrew Le Cheminant (40 years) and Derek Rhodes (28 years);
  • David Picot (Retired in April 2020 after 46 years)
  • Associate Director, Solange Rebours (35 years) having moved with the firm she originally worked for when it was acquired by Alex Picot Trust in 2002;
  • Part-time accountant Brian Benest (28 years);
  • Accountant, Carolyn Dodds (25 years);
  • Compliance file reviewer, Lisa Le Brocq (25 years) having moved with the firm she originally worked for when it was acquired by Alex Picot Trust in 2002.
  • Senior trust officers, Sarah Carpenter (22 years) and Clare Garton (20 years);
  • Compliance assistant, Emily McLaughlin (19 years).

Chris Cotillard, Director of Alex Picot Trust, said:  “Having a stable team in place is very important in providing our long-established clients with the consistent service they have come to enjoy.  As we grow our team we continue to look for individuals who share the traditional values we uphold and who see a career path with us, in fact of our existing team, seven individuals have at some stage left employment only to return at a later date.  We congratulate all of our staff who have reached milestones this year.”
