Ocean Restaurant at The Atlantic Hotel has been recognised in the La Liste Top 1,000 Restaurants in the World ranking.
La Liste compiles thousands of reviews from publications, guidebooks and critics, alongside millions of online ratings, to create an authoritative ranking of the world’s finest restaurants.
Ocean Restaurant achieved a score of 81, a two-point increase from its rating in the 2023 list.
It is the only establishment in Jersey to feature in the guide and has been listed as a regional gastronomic landmark.
The Atlantic Hotel credits this achievement to the “excellence and innovation under the leadership of Executive Chef Will Holland and Head Chef Adam Braithwaite”.
Patrick Burke, Owner and Managing Director of The Atlantic Hotel, said: "Seeing Ocean Restaurant rise in La Liste’s rankings is testament to the exceptional dedication and talent of our team.
“This accolade reinforces Jersey’s growing reputation as a leading destination for food tourism, and we are honoured to represent the island on the global culinary stage."
Will Holland, Executive Chef at Ocean Restaurant, added: "It is incredibly rewarding to see our efforts acknowledged by La Liste and to achieve a higher score this year.
“It’s truly overwhelming to think we are one of the top 1,000 restaurants in the world.
“Being named a regional gastronomic landmark is an honour that reflects the passion and creativity of our team."
