Aztec Group appoints new Legal Counsel in Jersey

Fund and corporate services provider, the Aztec Group, have appointed Leanne Tunney as Legal Counsel in their Jersey office.

In her new role, Ms Tunney (pictured right) will provide legal support to the business, advising on all aspects of legal, regulatory and compliance matters, including corporate governance and depositary services.

Geraldine O’Rourke (left), Group Head of Corporate Services and Depositary Services, said: “Leanne is a fantastic addition to the Group. She brings with her extensive industry experience across a range of services and jurisdictions and is extremely well-versed in the technical and legal aspects of fund and corporate structuring and administration.
