Baker & Partners is expanding in London with a new office in Farringdon, led by barrister Gerard Clarke.
Mr Clarke joins the firm as Senior Counsel and will be tasked with building its London presence.
Mr Clarke is experienced in commercial disputes as well as regulatory and public law. He has practised in the UK, the BVI, and Cayman as an independent barrister, in the BVI as a Partner in a leading offshore law firm, and also has substantial experience of Jersey litigation.
In addition to his role, he will also maintain an active practice at the English bar as a member of 4-5 Gray’s Inn Square.
