Bedell Cristin has appointed Tim Pearce as its Global Managing Partner.
Mr Pearce will succeed David Cadin, who will retain his position as Jersey Managing Partner.
Since he joined the firm in 2003, Mr Pearce has played a key role in leading some of Bedell Cristin’s highest-profile corporate finance and real estate finance transactions and has been instrumental in growing the corporate team globally.
In addition to his client work, he has been actively involved in helping to manage the firm in recent years. He led the merger with Solomon Harris, which has given Bedell Cristin a significant presence in the Cayman Islands.

“I’m looking forward to taking on this role and continuing the great work David has delivered over the past three years,” Mr Pearce said.
“The firm has gone from strength-to-strength under his leadership, and a strong client service and continuous improvement culture has been embedded at Bedell Cristin's core. I aim to continue the progress David has made in establishing ourselves as a truly independent offshore law firm that clients repeatedly choose to work with.”
Mr Cadin added: “I’ve thoroughly enjoyed the last three years, and it’s gratifying to see the many improvements we’ve made as a firm. Tim and I will work closely to ensure his transition to global managing partner is seamless, and I have no doubt he will continue to impress with his expertise and commercial outlook to grow Bedell Cristin even further. ”
