Celebrations are in order at Bohemia. The Michelin-starred restaurant has been recognised for the quality of the wine selection with two "prestigious" awards from specialist magazines.
Bohemia has received a two-star award in the ‘World’s Best Wine Lists Awards 2017’ as well as an award of Excellence in the ‘Wine Spectator’s Restaurant Wine List Awards 2017.’
The restaurant has an extensive inventory of 3,000 bottles of wine from a selection of 310 bins, which were all personally chosen by Restaurant Manager Dimitri Marqueteau, and Head Sommelier Georgi Mihov. A large number of these wines are sourced directly across several regions. Recent additions include wines made from the Greek white wine grape Malagousia, and Buket from Bulgaria. Due to Jersey's proximity to France, Bohemia also offers a large selection of French wines.

In addition, a Grand Formats wine list, which is believed to be one of the largest in the UK, is also on offer. The list encompasses over 30 different large bottle of wines and is a "hit" among private parties and gatherings.
During the judging process for both awards the breadth, depth, interest, quality, and value of Bohemia’s wine selection were considered as well as the suitability of the selection.
For the two-star award in the 'World's Best Wine Lists Awards 2017,' wine critics and sommeliers assessed over 4,500 wine lists from restaurants around the world before deciding on the final award-winning offerings, which included Bohemia’s two-star award.
The 'Wine Spectator’s Award of Excellence' honours restaurants whose wine lists feature a well-chosen assortment of quality producers, along with a thematic match to the menu in both price and style. Bohemia has been recognised amongst other winners from around the world as a "top destination for wine lovers."
