Carey Olsen advised a property developer on the largest real estate acquisition in the UK last year.
The offshore law firm advised Sun Venture on the launch of its first Jersey Private Fund, to facilitate the purchase of 1 and 2 New Ludgate in London, in an acquisition worth £552m.
