Carey Olsen named leading agent of TISE listings for 2017

Carey Olsen Corporate Finance Limited, a group company of offshore law firm Carey Olsen, was the leading listing agent for The International Stock Exchange (TISE) in 2017, acting for 40% of all new issuers of debt securities.

The company listed a third more new issuers and over 100 classes of securities more than the next listing agent.

The company was also the listing agent for 65% of the high-yield bonds listed on TISE last year.

Carey Olsen Corporate Finance Limited opened a branch in Guernsey in 2017 and now offers listing services from both its Jersey and Guernsey offices.
