Carey Olsen strengthens Jersey banking and finance practice

Carey Olsen has appointed counsel Lizzie Chamberlain and associates Lydia Gilmour, Penjani Mseteka and Raveshnee Pakkiri to its Jersey banking and finance team.

The firm says that Ms Chamberlain acts for a varied client base on a range of debt finance transactions including real estate investments and development finance, investment funds financing and general corporate facilities.

Ms Gilmour is based in Carey Olsen's London office and advises clients on a variety of corporate matters, with a particular focus on banking, real estate finance, corporate finance and fund finance matters. 

Ms Mseteka advises on a wide scope of corporate, banking and finance matters including debt finance, project finance, leveraged finance, insolvency and energy, mining and infrastructure. 

Finally Ms Pakkiri is based in the firm's Jersey office and advises clients on a variety of banking and finance matters.
