Caring Cooks appoints finance and marketing professionals

A charity that promotes equal opportunities in healthy eating for children and families in Jersey has appointed a senior funds expert and an experienced marketing professional to its board.

Caring Cooks of Jersey has welcomed Michael Johnson and Debbie Cornish to its team.

Mr Johnson is Head of Funds at a global fiduciary business and also a committee member of the Jersey Funds Association while Ms Cornish has over 20 years of marketing experience and runs her own marketing and product development consultancy.

As a trustee and director on the Caring Cooks Board, she will focus on the charity’s fundraising strategy, profile raising at both a corporate and public level and on achieving diversified channels of income for the charity.

Their respective experience and expertise will be integral to the charity as we look to develop and enhance our offering for the Island, particularly the nutritional education programmes we run with local schools.
