It is important to me to do what makes you happy and this role provides me with a real opportunity to make a meaningful difference. Together with the fantastic team already in situ, we will continue to drive continuous improvement for a truly people centred Home built on a culture of care, and one which genuinely feels like a home; full of fun, love and laughter. As a facility and a charity that cares for some of Jersey's most physically disabled, my role as CEO will be to fulfil the mission of the Home which is to enhance lives."
