Senior litigator joins Ogier partnership

A senior member of Ogier's Dispute Resolution team has been made Partner.

Recent cases Rebecca McNulty has worked on include advising the Viscount of the Royal Court of Jersey on matters relating to the desastre (bankruptcy) of a local GP and Jersey incorporated company, related proceedings before the English High Court, described by the Court as being of "labyrinthine complexity", and the realisation of assets following a trial in the English proceedings in 2021.
