A senior member of Ogier's Dispute Resolution team has been made Partner.
Recent cases Rebecca McNulty has worked on include advising the Viscount of the Royal Court of Jersey on matters relating to the desastre (bankruptcy) of a local GP and Jersey incorporated company, related proceedings before the English High Court, described by the Court as being of "labyrinthine complexity", and the realisation of assets following a trial in the English proceedings in 2021.
"We're delighted to welcome Rebecca to the partnership," Nick Williams, Head of Dispute Resolution in Jersey, said.
"She is an exceptional litigator, having successfully acted in a large number of high profile and high value cases, and makes a significant contribution to the life and culture of the firm.
"Her promotion is extremely well-deserved."
