The finalists for the 2019 Sure Customer Service Awards have been published after more than 4,000 nominations were submitted over the summer.
Now in their ninth year, the awards see businesses, individuals and teams from Jersey nominated by the public for their commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Thousands of entries were received online and via an app, with more than 380 business, teams and individuals nominated.
This year, the awards include two new categories: 'Special Recognition’ will go to a team or business that has done something particularly impressive, while the ‘Outstanding Contribution’ will highlight an individual, team or business that has been consistently recognised for the excellent customer service that they provide.
Sure’s Chief Customer Officer, Charlotte Dunsterville, commented: “The Customer Service Awards highlight excellent customer experiences and recognise those businesses and individuals who go above and beyond and Sure is proud to be a part of celebrating their achievements.”
Winners will be announced at a ceremony taking place at the Royal Yacht on 21 October.
