HSBC has made a senior appointment to help local businesses digitally take control of their international cash management.
Benjamin Sykes, who has over a decade of banking experience, has been recruited to the role of Head of Global Liquidity and Cash Management for Commercial Banking in the Channel Islands and Isle of Man.
His role will see him work with local businesses, and also make use of the bank's Liquidity Management portal, which aims to provide clients with insight and trend analysis.
Commenting on Mr Sykes' appointment, Head of Commercial Banking Warwick Long commented: "Clients increasingly value the ability to have an immediate, global view of their accounts and I am certain that Ben will successfully drive this digital movement for the islands."
