IoD Chair joins Good Business Charter board

The Chair of the Jersey institute of Directors has joined the Board of the Jersey Good Business Charter.

Lisa Springate, who is a member of the leadership team at Jersey Finance and Head of the Legal and Technical Department, joins the Board with Nigel Campbell, a Trustee of local charity, the Bosdet Foundation, who divides his time between various roles including Chairman of a UK company, Supervisory Board member of a Berlin-based business, and major shareholder in Mercury distribution.

Mr Campbell is joining the board this month, while Ms Springate will take up her post in July.

"These two new appointments bring with them an enormous wealth of experience and expertise," Russell Waite and Brendan McMahon commented. 

"One of the best things about being involved with the Charter has been the rich conversation among Board members about the changing face of business, both in Jersey and globally, and how the Charter can be a part of this transformation.
