The team at Jacksons Group in the Channel Islands are on the road to receiving the motor industry’s recognised accreditation for vehicle financing.
The sales teams in both Jersey and Guernsey have undertaken the online training to learn more about motor finance, and are now set to become Specialist Automotive Finance-approved.
“These qualifications strengthen the credibility of the Jacksons Group sales team and has given each member of the team more knowledge and confidence with finance-related questions, which will further improve our customers’ experience,” said Steve Gladdish (pictured top), Jacksons Group Risk and Compliance Director.
F&I Manager Jason Wilkins added: “The SAF training is great for the whole sales team and provides a pathway of learning for staff at all levels of their career, those new to the dealership right through to those wanting to gain a specialist motor finance qualification which is A-level equivalent.”
