WHEREAS on 16th March 2022, in the action between Gavin John Smith (the "Defendant") of 30 Westmount Park, St. Helier, OF THE ONE PART; and Morris Marine & Motors Limited (the "Plaintiff") c/o Skyfall Collections Limited, P.O. Box 611, St. Helier, OF THE OTHER PART; the Plaintiff obtained judgment by default against the Defendant who was condemned to pay the sum of £1,602 .30, interest and costs, in respect of invoice number 11728 dated 7th October 2021 for the supply and fitting of motor parts on a Mitsubishi Canter.
NOW TODAY, the Defendant having made application supported by Affidavit detailing the circumstances and history of the default judgment, the Court having considered the matter, granted the said application and ordered that the details of the said jug ent be expunged from the records of the Court.
