Emma Reeves has joined Longueville Manor as the hotel's human resources manager.

Miss Reeves has a varied but extensive background in HR with posts at Porsche Cars, the Met Office and E.ON.

She said: "I am so pleased to join the inspiring team at Longueville. I really feel I have found an inclusive and open environment in which to progress my skills and career. My colleagues are full of passion and enthusiasm making the transition into the new role an easy one."

Miss Reeves, who, holds a business administration degree from the University of Bath and a postgraduate diploma in HRM from Nottingham Trent University, will focus on recruitment and payroll, while working closely with the senior management team on staff relations and best practice.

Malcolm Lewis, the Proprietor of Longueville Manor, said: "Emma is a very welcome addition to the Longueville Manor family. Her passion to perform at the highest level and her attention to detail aligns with the philosophy we have nurtured for our staff relations programme. Her skills and expertise will sit well within our existing team and she will be an asset to both senior management and individual team members alike."
