Marbral Advisory welcomes three new recruits

Marbral Advisory has appointed three new change professionals to its team.
Marbral Advisory was founded by experienced change management professional, Alexsis Wintour, and well-known business leader and entrepreneur, Martin Bralsford, who now acts as a non-executive director.
Chazha Hick joins Marbral as a Change Architect from the Care Quality Commission in London. She has nearly nine years of post-MSc experience working internationally in strategic, project coordination and change management roles.
Oliver Hill returns to Marbral Advisory following a brief internship in the summer as Graduate Consultant.
Natalie McMullen joins from Willis Towers Watson's Hong Kong office as a Talent Acquisitions Manager.
“2018 will be a year of exploration for Marbral. We are excited to begin our journey outside of the Channel Islands and our latest recruits bring a wealth of international experience to our team,” explained Leonie McCrann, Principal. “ We believe that Chazha, Natalie and Ollie will help us achieve this success with their unique talents, skills and experience."
