New CEO begins at Crestbridge

Tuesday 13 July 2021

Crestbridge has appointed a former EY partner of 26 years as its new Chief Executive.

Dean Hodcroft took on responsibility for the Esplanade-based administration, management and corporate governance solutions business at the beginning of this month.

He joins Crestbridge from prominent real estate investment firm Cale Street Partners LLP.

Before this, he spent 26 years at Ernst & Young, becoming a partner in 2001 and leading the firm’s Real Estate Tax group.

He then became head of EY’s Real Estate practice for EMEIA, where he advised real estate funds, investors, developers, family offices and sovereign wealth funds.

Mr Hodcroft said: “This is a very exciting opportunity to become the Chief Executive of a fast-growing global brand with tremendous potential. I’m excited to be part of the journey of this fantastically agile, digitally advanced, and people orientated business, qualities I will continue to drive forward.”

Meanwhile, Crestbridge Family Office Services Group Head of Marketing and Business Development, Lesley Piner, was an award winner at the recent Citywealth Brand Development and Reputation Awards, which were held last month in London.
