New CEO for Total Solutions Group

TSG, formerly known as Total Solutions Group, has appointed Andy Delaney as its new Chief Executive Officer.

Mr Delaney had been working as the Chief Operating Officer since January, and his appointment comes as the group is restructuring into three separate businesses: two export product-based businesses supported by a third business (TSG) dedicated to providing technology services.

Founders of the business, John Woodhouse and Danny Bannister, are both taking up the position of Executive Director within the Group. Mr Bannister said: “As founders of businesses we believe it is imperative to recognise the talent within the organisation and create paths to leadership. Andy is the consummate professional with an incredibly impressive resume and skill set that clients and team members hold in extremely high regard.

"What many people may not be aware of is TSG has developed leading class technology products that are deployed across the Channel Islands, the U.K and the U.S. These products have been the result of not only years of effort but are a testament to the talent and dedication within the team; something we are now looking to build on and rapidly expand, bringing the skills that have seen our own export product success to our clients and the wider marketplace.”

Mr Delaney commented: “This is an exciting time for the business, the restructure has presented a fantastic opportunity to develop the TSG business in a new direction with a focus on providing experienced and high-quality services. Our ethos is all about supporting people, driving leadership and making a difference, both in our own business and our clients. So, by providing high quality technology-based services across our client base, we can bring value and deliver meaningful change.”
