Collas Crill has appointed a new Group Partner to its Corporate Finance and Funds team.
Sam Sturrock, who has experience across investment funds, real estate vehicles, private equity and general banking, will lead the funds practice in Jersey.
He joins from Jersey Finance, where he worked in the Legal and Technical Team.
Prior to that, the qualified Scottish solicitor, who became a Jersey advocate in 2010, held roles at Mourant and Ogier and was a Director in the real estate team of a global administration business.
Mr Sturrock is also a committee member of the Institute of Directors, where he chairs the industry sub-committee.
