New Head of Trusts and Private Wealth at Carey Olsen

A Carey Olsen Partner has become the firm's new Head of Trusts and Private Wealth in Jersey.

Alexa Saunders joined the firm in 2011 and has been a Partner in the trusts and private wealth group since 2016.

Ms Saunders' practice has predominantly focused on advising on the establishment, ongoing administration and restructuring of private family trusts and foundations.  

She is also qualified as a Jersey Advocate and has advised on applications to the Royal Court of Jersey, acting for trustees, beneficiaries, and protectors in all types of trust proceedings.
