New HR head for LV Care Group

LV Care Group has appointed the former Head of HR for G4S Secure Solutions to oversee its human resources operations and strategy across Jersey and the Isle of Man.

In her new Head of HR Role, Ceri Powell will work closely with LV’s Head of Training, Head of Compliance and Line Managers to ensure training development and policies are in line with developmental needs and regulatory requirements.

In her previous role, the member of the Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development was responsible for supporting Directors and around 800 employees across Jersey, Guernsey and the Isle of Man.

She has previously worked across the utilities, retail, digital, care, medical and distribution sectors.
