Ogier has appointed a Corporate lawyer to the position of Partner.
James Fox has over 20 years’ experience of corporate legal work in the UK and Jersey and has acted for clients in a number of merger and acquisition and initial public offering (IPO) transactions.
He also has experience in real estate investment structuring, fund formation and finance work.
