Trio of appointments at Walkers

Walkers Jersey has appointed two new staff members to its Banking and Finance team, and promoted another one.

Maria Carolan has been promoted to associate, while David Connell and Félim Ó Maolmhána are new joiners.

Ms Carolan joined Walkers in 2021 from another Jersey firm and, having successfully completed her SQE, has been promoted to associate within the team.

Mr Connell trained and qualified with DWF (Ireland) LLP in Dublin and Mr Ó Maolmhána qualified with Dillon Eustace LLP, also in Dublin.

Nigel Weston, Head of Walkers' Banking and Finance team in the Channel Islands, commented: "We are delighted to congratulate Maria and to welcome our new colleagues aboard – having had a very busy start to 2023 across a wide range of areas, they are already having a positive impact in the team."
