Optimus welcomes new addition to consultants team

Monday 09 July 2018

Optimus Recruitment has appointed Natalie McMullen to their consultants team.

Ms McMullen joined the recruitment agency as a Senior Consultant, responsible for searching out talent for local Funds and Accounting vacancies.

Having previously worked within HR teams in Jersey finance firms, Ms McMullen says she is looking forward to approaching recruitment from the other side of the fence. She added: “Having worked closely with Optimus in the past I was always impressed by their professionalism and their ability to find high quality candidates. It can’t be underestimated how useful and time saving it is for clients to have an agency that can provide you with quality candidates for any role.

“Optimus felt like a natural fit for me as I truly believe in their philosophy towards recruitment, which is to focus on quality over quantity. I am sure I will learn a lot from working with the team and hope that I can help build upon their solid reputation.”

Jamie Guyer, Managing Director of Optimus Recruitment, said: “Having worked with Natalie historically I am delighted that she has decided to join us! Natalie has a unique background in talent acquisition through her role as a Global Head of Resourcing. Her network and reach is formidable and sector knowledge exceptional. She joins the busy team and shall concentrate in providing a dedicated service to both clients and candidates within the Funds and Accountancy sector.

“Our model of recruiting those who have solid experience working within the finance industry has served us well, so I’m sure Natalie will prove to be a great fit within the existing team. These are exciting times for Optimus as we look to drive forward with a fresh and modern approach whilst maintaining our professionalism and high working standards.”
