Parslows advises on Fetch.je acquisition

Parslows has advised Jersey Post on its acquisition of a local marketplace website.

Fetch.je was launched at the beginning of lockdown to allow islanders to order local food and other items online and have them delivered directly to their door.

Following the acquisition, Jersey Post - which previously provided the infrastructure and delivery work for Fetch.je - said it was planning to revamp the website and launch a new mobile app.

David Hill, Parslows’ lead on the transaction said the firm was “delighted” to have helped with the transaction, adding: “It is a great example of Jersey Post’s approach to corporate social responsibility.”
