Carey Olsen has promoted a corporate lawyer and Royal Court Advocate to Partner.
David Taylor's practice covers a wide area of Jersey corporate and finance law, with a particular focus on M&A and restructuring transactions in the private equity, corporate real estate and equity capital markets sectors.
He was recently involved in the sale of Lloyds Bank International's Channel Islands wealth management and funds business and advised European private equity investor Bridgepoint on the cross-border sale of Estera.
