A local private equity firm has announced the acquisition of a Jersey signage company and an outdoor media company.
Rialto Investment Partners has acquired Signtech and Shooht.
Oliver Mourant, Partner at Rialto, commented: “Acquiring Signtech and Shooht is great for Rialto as it adds fun and creative flair to our growing portfolio of local companies.
