Kleinwort Hambros has made two appointments to its Board and a promotion in its Private Banking team in the Channel Islands.

Konstantin Graf von Schweinitz has been appointed Chairman and Independent Non-Executive Director to chair and oversee the performance of the Board and to ensure effective governance and oversight of business strategy.

Subject to regulatory confirmation, Dragica Pilipovic-Chaffey has also been appointed as an Independent Non-Executive Director to both the CI Bank and CI Trust Boards.

Thomas Cummins, who was previously Head of Private Banking Jersey, has been appointed as Head of Private Banking Channel Islands. He will be responsible for consolidating the private banking activities in Jersey and Guernsey, as well as developing the client proposition and leading the commercial activities in the Channel Islands.

“Konstantin and Dragica bring decades of experience at the highest level and their appointments support both our governance and growth agendas. We are also delighted to be announcing the appointment of Thomas who will continue to grow our business in both islands," CEO Christophe Huchet said.
