Ogier has promoted four senior lawyers in its Corporate and Finance teams.
Chula O'Donoghue, a Jersey Advocate who also trained with Ogier, is now Counsel.
Meanwhile, Julia Keppe, Marie-Claire Fudge and Oliver Richardson have been made Managing Associates.
